This is a sponsored post, but all opinions are my own.
My oldest daughter is going to be a kindergartener this year! Where we live, we have a year-round school schedule and school starts end of July. Last year I had high hopes to be involved in her class. She was in a Pre-K class in our school district. Well to be honest, it didn’t happen. I was Room Mom for part of the year, then my last baby came early and threw me off. I also found out having 3 kids totally swamped me. Every month I would pick up the paper from school to staple the box tops too and turn in. I failed, every month. I didn’t turn in one sheet with box tops! Last month I learned about the Box Tops for Education App, it’s a game changer! I am so excited there is a way for me to actually get this done now! The app is available in the app store, go get it now! You’ll thank me later…
At our weekly Walmart trip, (y’all know how I love shopping at Walmart) we did a little grocery shopping. I decided to try out the app and get my daughter involved. I think it would be good to get her involved in helping her school and I also want an accountability partner! She keeps me on my toes and we both want the best for her school….it’s a win, win! We looked for 5 items that had the qualifying Box Tops to try out the app because you can 50 Bonus Box Tops! She picked her favorites and I added a couple of things we needed for the week. Can you guess what she picked and what I picked?
I love being able to do this with my sweet girl! She amazes me everyday. Knowing that I am helping with her education makes me feel like I am doing something right! So how many Box Tops can you collect and put into your app this month? Let’s do this together, with our kids and help out their schools!
