This is my husband’s first Father’s Day as a dad of 3! I feel so blessed to have him as the daddy to our 3 little girls. My husband, Jason is a giver. He is constantly giving us everything we need and sacrificing things for us. This year I wanted to show him how special he is to all of us so I set out to make the perfect Father’s Day Gift Basket. It was so fun to put together and I’m showing you how to make an Easy DIY Father’s Day gift basket filled with just the right stuff for dad.

Easy DIY Father’s Day Gift Basket
- Find a crate or basket around the house. I didn’t want to buy a new one so I emptied one we had around the house.
- Stuff the bottom with tissue paper or newspaper and then cover with a piece of tissue paper. This will help make your basket full and keep the items at the top.
- Find fun things to add to your box! I went with a few fun and a few practical.
- Stuff your basket or crate.
- Make a little DAD banner and tie to the basket or crate.
Here is how I filled my basket
119th U.S. Open Championship Tickets
My husband loves to watch golf and sometimes even play it! When you have 3 little kids getting time to play can be hard but watching it is another thing! The 2018 U.S. Open is this coming week and I know my husband will be following it. I know he’d love to be able to see it in person one day and I am going to make that happen. I am a California girl and grew up camping up and down the coast of Cali. I’ve always wanted to take him so he can see it too. When I found out the 2019 U.S. Open Championship is in Pebble Beach I knew this would make the perfect Father’s Day gift for him and get us a little getaway to Cali! This is a bucket list item for us so I got 2 tickets to include in his Father’s Day git basket. They start at just $60. Grab some 2019 U.S. Open Championship tickets for your Dad or husband to include in your gift basket.
MyHeritage DNA Test Kit
Back before DNA testing was a thing my uncle went on a search to find out our family history. This started probably 20 years ago and watching him discover cool things about our heritage was so fun. I remember my husband made a comment about how he’d be interested in finding out more about his family history. He would love to discover more about his family than they are from Texas. I picked the MyHeritage DNA test kit because they use leading technology and offer the most affordable price! The DNA testing kit is $59 until June 17th! Y0u can get a DNA testing kit in time for Father’s Day and on sale here. Use code BABBLEBOXX1 for free shipping.
Keep Filling That Gift Basket
When building my easy DIY Father’s Day Gift Basket I knew I wanted a mix of some gifts that he would remember and gifts that he would use everyday. He isn’t a big shopper so he doesn’t stock up on essentials often. I included some of his favorite Hanes Ultimate ™ boxer briefs and crew-neck undershirts. The cotton is so soft and comfortable! Jason likes these Men’s Comfort Flex Fit® Ultra Soft Boxer Briefs because they wick away moisture to keep you cool and dry and they don’t ride up his leg. The Hanes Ultimate™ Men’s Comfort Fit White Crewneck Undershirts have been a favorite for his for years so they were a no brainer to add into the basket. I know he will appreciate having new white shirts for the summer season ahead. You can get 50% at Hanes.com by clicking here!
A few times a year my husband has to wear a suit and this year he has to wear one for a couple special occasions. I like to keep him looking dapper and I picked out a fun new tie for him from Ties.com. As a dad of 3 little girls, he has fully embraced pink, purple, princess things and florals. I feel for the Luther Tie, its a pretty floral tie and knew he would love to wear it! It embodies so much about our little family and he will get to take us with him when he wears his suit and tie. I love how Ties.com allows you to sprinkle your personality into your wardrobe. Get 15% off your order with code TIESXBABBLE15.
To finish out my Easy DIY Father’s Day Gift Basket I needed a couple more things. We are huge coffee drinkers in our house. We like it black but I like mine hot and in the summer he likes to enjoy cold brew. I found the perfect thing for him! Grady’s Cold Brew!!!! This is coffee is so cool, you just pour and store. I’m going to make it the night before Father’s Day so he can enjoy it the morning of. All I have to do is add water the night before, let it soak overnight and in the morning remove bags from the pouch and discard the compost. The coffee will stay fresh for two weeks in the fridge! I can enjoy my hot coffee and he can enjoy his Grady’s Cold Brew! This coffee has an extra special meaning for us because Jason’s grandfather’s name was Grady. If we ever had a boy we would have named him Grady. You can get 20% off site wide with code BABBLEBOXX20 through 6/20/2018.
I like Jason to look dapper even when he’s not wearing a suit but sometimes we don’t have time to get ready and throwing on a hat is the perfect remedy. This Black Clover Hat is perfect for him! He loves red and it’s extremely comfortable. This will be perfect for his Saturday morning donut trips with our older girls. Get your own hat at Black Clover Hats and use code lucky15 for 15% off.
I had a little helper with my basket! I love doing these things together. Her favorites were the Black Clover Hat and the floral tie!
